Primerica Shareholder Services also offers contact through the Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD). Customer Service Representatives can “talk” with hearing impaired clients equipped with the device. This line is staffed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
